I took advantage of the warm weather this afternoon by planting peas and radishes in my garden. This is the earliest in the year I remember any portion of my garden going in. I may be jumping the gun, but the conditoins seemed right. The warm sunshine, combined with the soil that was moist, but not too wet made for a pleaseant afternoon of preparing the garden and putting a few seeds in.

Peas and radishes like the cool weather, but time will tell if I got too anxious about getting the "crops" planted. I'm no master gardener. I like to experiment and take my chances on whatever conditions seem right at the time. Time will tell if by fishing opener, or we'll be eating fresh radishes or replanting them.
